Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to tutorial content, all sales are generally considered final. Once you have access to a tutorial or bundle, we cannot offer a refund.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

Technical issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing your purchased content, and we are unable to resolve them.
Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same tutorial or bundle twice.
Content not as described: If the tutorial content significantly differs from its description.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with:

Your order confirmation email or order ID
The email address used for purchase
A clear explanation of why you're requesting a refund

Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Bundle Refunds

Refunds for bundles apply to the entire bundle only. We do not offer partial refunds for individual tutorials within a bundle.
